Despite the inconveniences with room cleaning and outdated facilities, the Hilton Garden Inn's location and helpful staff made my stay bearable. The nearby metro and central location were advantageous for exploring NYC, despite some check-in and billing mishaps. Overall, a decent option for a short visit.

The ability to easily walk to central park and famous sights from the subway was fantastic! the spacious room with a terrace and wonderful city view was a true gem. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Overall, a top-notch stay! 😊

location is perfect for us, just a few steps to the subway in all directions. hotel is very well located, for eating out (breakfast, lunch and dinner). we have booked the two rooms without breakfast, to be flexible. in a short time you can reach many very fine restaurants. we have eaten very well. not quite cheap, we were always satisfied with the price/performance ratio. moreover, we always felt very safe in the area. in the hotel it is also the little things that count, so in the morning we always had different coffee in the lobby and in the afternoon fresh water with fresh lemons etc. pastries and staff was friendly. rooms met our expectations. two single beds in both rooms were very important to us and beds were very comfortable. rooms and bath/shower/wc were always very clean. on the 26th floor we had a nice view to the skyscrapers towards downtown. regulation of the air conditioning worked well.

actually everything fitted and met our expectations. personally, we would have liked to have a plate or parquet floor instead of a carpet in the room, as mentioned, it was always very clean. storage possibilities (wardrobe) for the clothes are also a little limited, for the 8 days stay it was just fine. basically one is mostly on the road in the city, one only needs the rooms for resting/sleeping.

During my recent business trip to New York, I had the opportunity to stay at Hilton Garden. The small 24-hour fitness center was a great bonus for me to maintain my workout routine while away. The collection of modern Precor cardio and weight-training equipment and free weights provided everything I needed to stay in shape during my stay.

When I checked in, I was given the keys to an occupied room and had to switch rooms.

the bed was really comfortable, and I appreciated that the staff accommodated my request to move it closer to the door for wheelchair access. the hotel room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. the front desk staff was extremely helpful and made switching rooms seamless when my son got sick. the location was perfect, within walking distance to our conference and other attractions. the breakfast exceeded my expectations and the friendly staff made our stay even better. I can't wait to come back!

Having a coffee, tea or chocolate in the morning at the hotel before visiting the New York City neighborhoods was very appreciated. Moreover, a few steps away is a Paris baguette with very good pastries. The hotel is very well located (close to a subway station), so it is very easy to get around.

I selected this hotel for a business symposium due to its convenient 24-hour business center and special 2nd-floor boardroom, which allowed for private and intimate meetings. The boardroom was perfect for hosting up to 25 guests, and the 24-hour business center proved to be very useful for printing, faxing, and copying.

I wish the hotel had offered express document delivery services to assist with last-minute work requirements during my stay.
